The engineers at Siemens have paid attention to all the small details, such as a computer-designed drum that delivers high-velocity air from 685 precisely engineered holes in the back of the drum. Siemens says it allows for quicker, gentler drying of all fabrics, including delicates such as silk that would not normally be entrusted to a dryer. While it does not add to the dryer's energy efficiency, Siemen's unique smart tumble cycle is a very neat feature that reverses the drum's rotation every couple of minutes to keep small loads from clumping up. The Kenmore elite he5 does not give enough water, let the water get hot and does not dispense all the soap. The pockets are not even wet. Sears says sorry for your bad luck and this machine is not designed to deep clean clothes.
