Hair Conditioners

I love using treatments. In my salon, almost everyone gets one. I believe that shampoo is for your roots and conditioner is for your ends. (Unless you are a product hound, then you need to cleanse that build-up off your ends - use B&B Sunday Shampoo.) If you are using conditioner only on your ends, go with the intense stuff!! If a treatment is too much for your hair, you can try the lighter version of the same product listed, its conditioner counterpart. Here are the Best of the Best!

Best Hair Conditioners by Kiara Bailey

The Best You Can Get

  • KMS Moisture Repair Spray Leave In Conditioner

Kiara says: Use when hair is wet and there is no tangle that can escape it. Blends of different emulsifiers make this product a go-to for any hair type to bust through dry patches and knots. Make sure and shake well before use to blend both stages of softeners. Has the best smell, made with aloe and vanilla.

    • Tangle busting spray
  • Kerastase Chroma Reflect Masque

Kiara says: I recommend really going to the max with shine, and this treatment will give you the maximum effect. Smooths hair shaft and protects hair from environmental stresses. I recommend blending this treatment in with any other routine to add extra shine to your hair.

    • Shine inducing
  • Kerasilk Ultra Rich Care Conditioner

Kiara says: Immediately penetrates the hair with silk proteins. Will make dry hair smooth and help even the worst tangles. Always a staple in my home and salon. This is a product I have kept going back to for fifteen years.

    • For dry hair
  • Kerastase Vita-Ciment

Kiara says: Repairing your hair is a sensitive subject, and nearly all clients need some form of it. In order to keep that extremely damaged hair from breaking off, you need to follow these easy instructions.

    1. Cease all damaging processes and faithfully obey your stylist

    2. Start getting in-salon treatments: Kerastase Vita-Ciment treatment is the best in-salon treatment around. It adds strength and elasticity and reinforces the internal structure of the hair, preventing it from breaking off. Do this once month!

    3. Use Kerastase Forceintense Treatment as your take home follow up treatment, I recommend once a week to continue repairing between salon visits. This will allow you to take back control of the health of your hair

  • KMS Color Vitality Blonde Treatment

Kiara says: I like my blondes to stay the way they leave my chair. I like this treatment to really infuse hair with violet tones. Great for summer, won’t over tone with regular use, and has a base of lavender and rhubarb so your ashy blonde doesn’t have a green cast.

    • Blonde enhancing

You will be happy with any of these

  • Kerastase Care Volumactive

Kiara says: Adds tons of body and texture to hair. Extended use plumps up each hair to its maximum potential.

NOTE: There is also an intensive treatment you can use for volume and it is phenomenal! But only available in-salon.

    • Fine hair fix
  • Aveda Color Conserve

Kiara says: Keeps your new color looking new, long after you have left the salon. It is a plant-based conditioner that seals hair cuticles to smooth hair and lock in shine and color. The natural formula and eco-friendliness make this a must.

    • Color protecting
  • Davines Dede

Kiara says: Made for fine limp hair. Thickens baby hair and protects it from drying out. Great as a detangler and repairs their hair as well. Gentle, non-aggressive formula.

    • For kids
  • Bumble and Bumble Seaweed

Kiara says: Gentle daily conditioner. Light but nourishing. Won’t affect color or make hair greasy. Simple, just the way they like it.

    • For men
  • Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive Restructuring Treatment

Kiara says: Strengthens and repairs even the most damaged hair. Easy to use at home, and an inexpensive solution for at home repair. It penetrates hair to repair, seal and smooth. All natural, uses plant oils and quinoa proteins. Use weekly.
