Welcome to the age of adjustable ergonomic tables (or desks!) that allow you the freedom of movement. Research shows that changing positions throughout the day improves circulation and energy levels while decreasing discomfort and increasing productivity.

Ergonomic tables come in all types, shapes, heights and adjustability features. All the tables listed here are manufactured with the highest of quality. Some adjust with electric motors, some with hand cranks and others with pins. Your work environment, work style, and body type will determine what table is best for you.

To determine which table is best for your body measure your “standing elbow height”… the distance from your elbow to the floor to choose the table with a table with the correct range for you. Taller workers will require a higher range and those smaller in stature require a lower range. (You know who you are!) Then measure your sitting elbow height to determine if the adjustment range will work when you are sitting too!
