Pros:
- very bright, can handle a little ambient light without a problem
- sharp enough to show the full detail of a 1080p display
- black levels are very reasonable, makes them look dark without washing out into grey
- runs very quiet, don't generally hear the fan
- easy to adjust the lens for whatever room you're in
- lamp lasts a long time before needing a replacement
- remote control is backlit and comfortable to use in the dark
